Abstract:
     The technical essentials of this invention include adsorption of malachite green solution and lycopene solution respectively with qualitative filter paper and drying them in air to make up malachite green paper sheet and lycopene paper sheet. Its application process includes such steps as putting the malachite green and lycopene paper sheets in order on the surface of coated book, addition sterile distilled water for wetting the sheets, heating, cooling, washing with water, drying, immersion in oil and inspect under microscope. Its staining liquid is easily stored, prepared and inspected, and is suitable for microbe laboratory.
