Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a method of identifying, screening and quantitatively determing protease by using film coated with protein adhesive as the substrate, in partioular, it is a method of localizing animal and plant protease. The transparent film coated by gelatin type protein adhesive and black silver grain layer is used as the substrate, and the fresh tissue to be tested is taken out and then expressed to extract juice or sliced up, and the juice liquid is dropped or the slice is tightly pasted on the medicine membrane surface of the film. After a period of time the film is washed by clear water, so that the plaque appeared after the film coating is hydrolyzed by the protease can be seen whether said tested tissue contains enzyme or not and its enzyme content can be determined and localized according to whether the plaque is appeared or not and the extent of plaque transparence.
