Abstract:
     The present invention provides a method of the pretreatment of specimen used in examing tubercle bacillus by polyase chain reaction. The said method uses reagent in the pretreatment reagent kit of clinical specimen for the pretreatment of clinical specimen to completely extract the DNA of tubercle bacillus and destroy the hard wall of lipoid cell before the preliferation of tubercle bacillus for rapid relief of DNA. The positive and negative standard quality control substances are also pretreated and proliferated simultaneously, then compared with standard plate to evaluate the quality of each pretreatment of specimen.
