Abstract:
     The present invention provides a kind of intelligent DNA amplifying detector which consists of computer controlled amplifying treatment portion for various genes and the separation and detection portion for the amplified genes. The instrument is composed of the gene amplifying device, the conveyer for the measured storage liquid, high voltage power source unit, capillary electro-phoresis ultraviolet ray detecting unit, computer display unit and output printing unit. The whole system is intelligently controlled by computer. Said invention features novel structure, advanced technology, complete function, convenient for operation, reliable detection, cheap price, and wide suitable range, it integrates the single amplying instrument of polyase chain reaction DNA gene and single capillary electrophoresis instrument into an organic whole and possesses of the intelligent control function.
