Abstract:
     This invention relates to a gene augmentor with special structure and function for use in experiments of gentics. The purpose of the invention is to introduce semiconductor refrigerating technology, PTC element heating technology, and computer fuzzy control theory into the gene augmentor, thus significantly improving the performance of the whole instrument. It consists of working groove metal block of special shape, flake-shaped PTC heating device, semiconductor refrigerating device, controlling computer, self-calibrating digital thermometer, program control power source, high precision timer, air cooling radiator, thermal isolating device, special-purpose monitor routine circuit and casing, and operation panel.
