Abstract:
     This enzyme electrode does not require temp. controlling device. In the determination pool or near it, a heat-sensitive element is equipped, which is sensitive to work temp. of enzyme electrode. During operation of enzyme electrode, the temp. signals sended out by temp. measuring circuit and produced by heat sensitive element are collected by single-chip computer, the response value of enzyme electrode is computed by program of computer according to a relation equation between temp. and activity of response of enzyme electrade, then the temp. is compensated automatically. This process can reduce the overall cost of enzyme electrode apparatus, the interference of bubble resulted from temp. difference on enzyme electrode determination is avoided, and signal/noise ratio of enzyme electrode is inereased.
