Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a method for preparation of a S180 Cancer cell reagent used for testing erythrocyte immune function of tumour patients. The S180 cells taken from ascites of a young rat carried with world recognized sarcoma cell for several generations are cultured and treated by anti-coagulation, elution, inactivation and allergization to obtain S180 cancer cell suspension liq. reagent or through freezing and drying to obtain allergic or non-allergic S180 cancer cell freeze-drying reagent. The present invention has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong adhesion, stable test result and noticeable effect of observation.
