Abstract:
     This invention relates to a reagent for disease diagnosis, especially to one for diagnosis of adenosine deaminase. It utilizes the direct ratio of enzyme content with catalystic activity to produce ammonia and continuous reaction, and conduct dynamic observation so that the activity of adenosine deaminase (ADA) is determined. It solves the defects of large error, low sensitivity and poor peculiarity due to the loss of ammonia in commonly used fixed-time method so as to make the accuracy of discrimination and diagnosis for hepatitis, biliary disease and icterohepatitis.
