     The reagent box for external diagnosis of baby's bone alkaline phosphatase is composed of whole-blood chemo-immune concentrating reactor (reagent strip), sample diluent and developing agent. It features simplicity (using 30 microlitre blood without separation of serum), high speed (determining rickets in 10 min.), unique performance (cross reaction<5%), stability (more than one year storage period under 4 deg.C) and high precision (86.9%).
