Abstract:
     The erythrocyte immunoreagent made of saccharomycete and complement serum in the ratio of 1 to 1 is prepared through preparing non-sensitized saccharomycete liquid and adding complement serum to obtain sensitized saccharomycete liquid. The process features use of breaking instead of filtering and AB-type serum of guinea pig or mankind instead of the serum of white mouse. Its advantages include long storage period, low cost and better effect.
