Abstract:
     The M3 oligo nucleotide primer is designed out in accordance with myosin heavy chain gene sequence and basic rules of the primer design and by utilizing computer to ananlyze the peculiar property of said primer and calculate the enlarged result. The nucleotide sequence is 5' TGA CTG CCT CTG TCA CCA CA3' used for synthesizing it, through the concentration measuring, it is applied in the ployase chain reaction to study the sudden change ofgene existed in the enlarged region.
