Abstract:
     This invention relates to the production of substantially high pure non-glycosylated human white cell mediator-2 protein that has the specific activity of more than 10 to the power 4 units/mg. It is obtained by culturing a transformer with a DNA which has the base sequence of a coded white cell mediator-2 that is formed and cumulated in the culturing meat extract. The product is purified by passing through a hydrophobic chromato-graphic column.
