Abstract:
     This invention is related to an unsoluble-unexpansive ion exchange resin of carboxylic acids and its preparation.The unsoluble-urexpansive ion exchange resin of carboxylic acids is more advantageous han the present soluble-expansive ion exchange resin of carboxylic acids when it is used in the purification of streptomycin or other alkabline organism from a fermetative solution.When used,its volume does not change,its lifetime is long and the consumed amount of acid and alcali is less.The sphere of polystyrene containing 2% biethenyl-xylene is prepared by suspended poly reactions.The diameter of sphere is 0.2-0.5 mm.Within the sphere,it absorbs the monomer of catboxylic acids up to 50-80%(wt).Heating,the amount of joint-polymerism is over 90%.After cleaning up the monomers and the polymers,we can obtain an unsoluble-unexpansiveion exchange resin of carboxylic acids.So,streptomycin can be directly absorbed with acid resins.
