Abstract:
     The invention discloses a method of genes synthesis to produce virus protein or a part of it. The method may apply to negative chained RNA virus genes to constitute new genes, for instance, influenza virus or parainfluenza virus genes might be put on the body of proper host to express the protein or a part of it obtained from gene synthesis. And it may be utilized for the purpose of vaccine preparation and diagnosis.
