| This invention utilizes induction derived bacteria FM84-415 with single-pass high concentration hydrolytic glucose as major raw material by compound biological control technology. The glutamic acid yield reaches 11.92% in laboratory, gluconic acid conversion is 59.9%. According to 24 ton fermentation tank trial-production, when initial glucose concentration is 19.56%, the glutamic acid yield reaches 9.05%, gluconic acid conversion is 51.21%. The average fermentation period is about 38 hrs. The glutamic acid yield is greatly increased by the bacteria and technology of this invention without changing existing fermentation devices. | |||
