Abstract:
     Compound culture medium composed of malt juice and mixed amino acids is to be fermented by adding fixed hyperpasia yeast cells supported by Eucheuma at 10-12-deg.C. The whole production period is about 12 days. The beer produced in this process not only has a good special flavour and a high limpidity, but also has an increased margin in nutritive value.
