Abstract:
     The invention describes a method for high yield of interferon. In the presence of L-glutamic acid and Fe ion source, pref. With Zn ion or Zn and Cu ion source, a kind of microorganism to which inserts the interferon gene structure is cultured in a medium with up said material. At last interferons are extracted from the medium.
