Abstract:
     NaCl solution 3.2-3.5% is used as anticoagulant and washing and collecting in one operation, the destroying of the blood cells by anticoagulant is thus avoided. Finally, a simplied process is developed, the working efficiency is raised 4 times or more, the cost is reduced by 60% and quality of reagent is far excellent and stable.
