Abstract:
     It is by propagating in a culturing cell or host a recombinent China silkworm polyhedron virus (BmNPV) whose DNA is of double-streaded DNA, which comprising the 5 up-stream BmNPV DNA fragment which previously presented in stractural gene of the polyhedron protein and comprising a promotor region of said structural gene, a translational initiation codon and a gene producing useful substances, with or without 3 down-stream BmNPV DNA fragment which previously presented in the down-stream of structural gene of the polyhedron protein.
