Abstract:
     This invention relates to the industrial fermentation technique of fungi. The Chinese caterpillar fungus (Cordyceps sinensis,Berk. sacc.) is the Chinese traditional rare medicinal herbs. It naturally grows above snow-line of qinhai-xizang mountain area, and is rather scarce and not sufficient for needs. It has already been confirmed that there is almost not differences between artificially cultured and natural Chinese caterpillar fungi in chemical component, pharmacodynamies and clinically therapeutic effect. The method in the invention has studied that mycelia of the Chinese caterpillar furgi can be produced from the spawn separated and purified from natural Chinese caterpillar funqi by industrial fermentation, its recovery ratio can be up to 3-4%, which is beyond advanced level in our country at present.
