Abstract:
    A murine monoclonal antibody specific for an antigenic determinant on the surface or in the cytoplasm of human carcinoma cells and tissue. A method for producing said monoclonal antibody. A cell line for producing such a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to the human carcinoma KC-4 tissue antigen and a method for the detection or diagnosis of the antigen. A method for detection and diagnosis of human carcinomas by means of selective labelling of said monoclonal antibodies.
