Abstract:
     This agent consists of keeppowder, sodium hydroxide, sodium oxalate, calcium chloride and oxalic acid. The pulverized keep powder is suspended in sodium hydroxide solution. After heating and neutralizing, the suspension is admixed in a definite ratio with undecanted fermented solution, in which sodium oxalate has been added. To this mixture calcium chloride is then added, thoroughly stirred, and filtered after standing for 1-2 hrs. The product of this invention is nontoxic and the process easy to operate. It is suitable for applying to enzyme preparations for food and pharmacentical purposes.
