| The present invention relates to approcess in which a group of anti-ammonia nitrogen-fixing bacterium 851 huang (including 01,02,03 strains) is cultured using artificial guide. The group of bacterium is of obvious capacity of anti-ammonia nitrogen-fixing which can strongly fix nitrogen from air. In culture medium with nitrogen in chemical combination state nitrogen-fixing enzyme activity still remains quite high level. Using the group of bacterium as producing one strain cultured in the medium of the present invention (mannitol-yeast extract culture medium, mannitol medium amylum medium, waste molasses medium) monocellar protein with rich Se, Zn, Ca and Vitamins, Vitamin E and bacterial manure are produced. And its cultured fluid has further developing value for human to anti-cancer and prolong life. | |||
