Abstract:
     The separating and cloning of genes coding glucosan hydrolase, as well as the expression and secretion of exogenous glucanase gene products in host cells are disclosed. The dental caries prophylactices, preparation process thereof and application which relates to the transformation of host cells of inherent microbes in the oral cavity to express ad secrete the glucanase gene products, are also disclosed.
