Abstract:
     This invention belongs to the technical domain of biological engineering. Through culturing and fermenting the streptomyces globisporus C-412, a living fungus with enzyme can be obtained to produce cholesterol oxidase by separation, extraction and refining. The stability of this enzyme is so good that it can be preserved for one and half years. The reagent of the enzyme can be used clinically for chemical examinations, to test and to determine cholesterol content in blood serum. The data obtained are of high accuracy and stabilization.
