| The invention is related to a method of liquid culture of aerobes, especially to a method for culturing edible fungi by an improved way of ventilating fermentation. Because it applies a multigrade sealed tube system and a ventilating agitation of small amount of air filtered by sterile cotton balls at deep level, the rocking table is removed and an air compressor is replaced etc., so that the productive cost is greatly decreased and the output is increased sharply. This invention is simple and easy to operate. The device needed is compact and portable. It is suitable not only for professional individuals, but also for laboratories at institutes and outdoors to culture and separate the fungi strains. It can also be applied to other aerobes, such as liquid strain culture for medical bacteria. | |||
