Abstract:
     The present invention is a purification method of enzyme preparation using "polyethylene glycol, salt, water" biphase system to purify bacillus subtilis alpha-amylase can rapidly eliminate its pigmental impurity and unfavourable odor. The simple installation, convenient operation and low cost of feedstock make it suitable for use in a commercial-scale process.
