| This invention utilizes non-toxic yellow aspergillus T-419 to convert xishu alkaloid which exists in xishu tree in high content, into 10-alkyl xishu alkaloid biologically with conversion greater than 50%. This invention applies new separation technology with inert large pore resin. By adsorbing converted 10-alkyl xishu alkaloid on large pore resin and chromatographing, the finished product can meet medicine specifications, its recovery is 50%. The advantage of producing 10-alkyl xishu alkaloid by this invention over the original method is expanded resources and saving on raw materials. | |||
