Abstract:
     A modified method, in which the unprocessed starch containing material such as grinded rice, scrapes of corn is trans-formed into starch hydrolyzate and high content fructose syrup. In this method the material is dipped for a short-time and ground before saccharification of starch and enzyme catalytic liquifaction of starch. It dissolves least amount of protein and gets easily-purified products.
