     ABSTRACT :Antibiotics DO-248-A and DO-248-B possess the vigour against the acid-resisting bectiria. The DO-248-A and DO-248-B, on their medicinal salts, can be employed to people or animals as an active component of the antiacidresistivity bectiria through oral or non-bowel way. In order to obtain DO-248-A and DO-248-B, two kinds of microbe, which belong to rose-wheel filament streptomyces and produce antibiotics DO-248-A and DO-248-B respectively, is cultured. And then, the two kinds of antibiotics are gathered from the culture medium.
