Abstract:
     The technological characteristics of this invention are as follows: (1) two double-spiral heat-exchangers are properly mounted. (2) its unique single-spiral thermostat circulation cooling system can quickly cool the high temp. disinfected raw material. And can heat the undisinfected raw material at the same time. the disinfection and fermentation of the raw matierial will be finished in just one single process. The cooling solution is used circulatively. Its advantages are saving time, energy and water, compactness and simplicity noiseless and no shaking.
