| This extraction of antibiotics from a fermentation liquor with a neutral organic phosphorus (phosphine) extractants is related to the preparing method of antibiotic medicines. It features that trialkyl phosphate, dialkyl alkylphosphonate, alkyl dialkylphosphonate, and trialkyl oxyphosphine are used as extractants (long-chain hydrocarbon as diluent) to extract antibiotics from the fermentation liquor. For the big-ring lactone compounds, penicillin V and G are extracted in acid medium, erythromyein and midecamycini are extracted in basic medium. Lincomycini is extracted in alkali medium. | |||
