Abstract:
     The present invention gives a new process of producing lactic acid-a non-crystallizing process. Its technical procedures are as follows: pulping to form a paste saccharify and fermentation pretreatment posttreatment. Among them, the pretreatment step improves the crystallization and washing procedures of the original technological process for producing lactic acid. It adopts the following steps: Maillard reaction first adsorption sensitized agglutination second adsorption and sedimentation, so it shortens the prodn. cycle, enhances the yield and prod. quality, simplifies the technological process, reduces the equipments required and lowers the labour intensity.
