Abstract: |
|||
| D-alpha amino acids are those substances having optical activities some of them are very useful substances in medicine industry, such as D(-)phenyl-glycine and D(-)para hydroxyphenylglycine are all the important side chains of semi-synthetic antibiotics. The synthesis of them by the present chemical method shows that their optic resolution is relatively complex. The invention can transform the DL-5 heroin substance into D-alpha-amino acids by means of the resolution of microbe 2262 bacteria in one step. The yield, by this method, of D-hydroxyphenylglycine is about 75%, with a substratum concentration of 8.0%; while the yield of D(-)phenylglycine is about 75%, with a substratum concentration of 3.0%. | |||
