Abstract:
     This invention is concerned with the method by which edible fungal products, such as fungal spawn, fungal drink, mycelia and protein food etc. can be produced. The method is a combination of solid and liquid cultures. The spawn growing on the solid medium comes from the 200 gloeal fluid which comes from liquid culture, in turn, the spawn growing in the liqid medium cames from the spawn on solid medium. Thus, one primary culture is only need to produce amount of spawn for large scale of deep fermentation. A variety of edible fungi products, such as, spawn, fungi drink mycelia and protein food etc., can obtained in different culture periods.
