Abstract:
     Plant organism exposing breeding method and equipment as an invention is a new technology and new container in the organism breeding field. Essential peculiarity is test tube seedling or poison-free seedling during breeding grows in specially made uncovered container, breeding base and external plant body are covered by a layer of powdered material which can efficiently prevent them form microbic ocntaimination, but does nto stop to the stem and leaves of poison-free seedling from growing and rising up through the powder, they can also prevent water from penetrating out, but does not stop to oxygen from penetrating in. As the stem and leaves exposed outside the container, receive direct irradiation of natual light and take exercise of ventilation conditions, the test tube seedling grows to be dumpy and deep green, transplantation living percentage is very high without exercing the seedling, and its quality closes to the conventionally propagated seedlings.
