Abstract:
     This jet-type aerobic leavening tank is an apparatus used in leavening production. It has a closed cylindrical container. Some air-outlets and intake of nutritive liquor for bacteria seed are arranged on tank body. cooling coil-pipe, air intake and intake and outlet for liquor of raw materials are set up on the wall of tank body. At least two stages of jet-mixing stir device are installed in the tank. The stir device is composed of ring pipe and jetter. In the leavening tank, the jet-mixing stir device is used instead of mechanical stir device so that the energy of compressed air can be made full use to perform the jet-mixing stir of gas and liquid for increasing the coefficient of dissolving oxygen. This will result in increasing unit output, reducing energy consumption, improving operating environment and simplifying equipment.
