Abstract: |
|||
| The method of this invention uses many small cells, which contain culture medium. These cells may be encircled in test tubes, preferred in transparent tubes, and they are separated by means of air permeable carrier fluid. In specific cells, the fluid moves along the test tubes to the examination station. If the fluid in specific cells is found to still contain essential constituents, they may be isolated for further processing. The method is used for producing monoclonal antibody, and it is very useful in the reactive cells for gas transfer application. Furthermore, the present invention is also helpful to intracellular research, such as pH and calcium content, as well as the positions on the cell membrane. | |||
