Abstract:
     This gene bombardment device by high-voltage discharge is used in biohereditary variation engineering to bombard receptor cells by accelerater corpuscles based on micro bullet method to feed exogenous genes. This device is composed of damping base, discharge chamber with discharge electrodes and water-containing tank, emission bullei embeded with O-shaped ring on it, shielding cover with air hole, movable stand of target utensile, two-section transparent casing, safety casing, high-voltage power supply and vacuum pump, and features high bombardment efficiency, easy control of energy and good safety and reliability.
