Abstract:
     The invented film is polysulphone hollow fibre or plate micro-filtering, super-filtering film. By utilizing the said fibre reactor, the whole cell containing acylated penicillinase is fixed on the hollow fibre and plate film with high area/volume ratio through crosslinking and capturing, and punching die operation is adopted. The efficiency of said film reactor is equivalent to that of fixed enzymatic reactor. It can be used for long period to stablize the cracking of high concentration penecillin solution to obtain high product yield. The material through reciprocating filtration makes the product purified. The said reactor is really large surface area thin layer packed bed. During enlarging, there is no enlarging effect, and it is suitable for use in industrial production.
