Abstract:
     This invention relates to the technical field for examination of microorganism. It refers to a device which uses micro-porous film for rapid separation and culture, and a process for production of micro-porous film with rapid osmosis. Said device is composed of protective diaphragm-the rapid osmotic micro-porous film, absorption liner for osmosis, partition diaphragm, culture liner and the container-box. The rapid osmotic micro-porous film is treated with 1% cleaning agent and 0.1% polyvinyl-pyrazolinyl ketone, dried and sterilized at normal temperature, and assembled under aseptic condition.
