Abstract:
     This high-viscosity biological reactor has an external cyclic apparatus consisting of static mixer, bolt pump and circulating pipe, and a gas baffle at the bottom in reaction tank. Its static mix is substituted for original dynamic mix for solving the problem of gas-liquid mix in high-viscosity liquid tank. The reactor features simple structure, convenient operation, disadvantageous physiological influence to saccharomycete.
