Abstract:
     By use of the edible fungus strain in breathing tube and its production and inoculating technology which are disclosed by this invention, the expanded culture of edible fungus and the inoculating process and equipment of ripe strain cultivation are simplified, and the difficulty of the breathing in the culture of edible fungus is solved. It features simple structure, easy inoculating, quick growth of inoculated hypha, strong hypha, and increased yield.
