Abstract:
     This invention relates to a high-voltage system for transfering biological macro molecule into the cell, especially for DNA molecule transfer and cell fusion. This system is composed of regulated switch power supply, pulse generater consisting of logic circuits and having a controller of pulse resting time, push-pull high-voltage generating circuits and electric stimulation chamber, and features either multi-period short-pulse or long-period output mode, regulative operation parameters, continuous non-contact discharge operation and resting time long enough to make cell fully restored between two electric stimulations. It may be widely used in accidental gene transform and cell fusion.
