Abstract:
     The invented fermentation culture technology includes main processes of bacteria less solid fermentation culture material and the preparation, inoculation and solid fermentation and examination of original bacteria liquid. The temp. of solid fermentation is 22-32 deg.C, time is 24 hrs. The evident characteristic of invented method is that all the precedures of feeding, bacteria killing and fermentation take place in once time in sealed solid fermentation pot. The bacteria content of product is over 50 thousand million per gram. The special equipment is composited of fermentation pot, steam supply system, air filtration supply system and supply system of automatic electri-heating of circular water. The solid fermentation pot is a sealed double layers structure, consisting of pot body, pot cover, spiral shape horizontal mixer, inlet and outlet for air, steam and water.
