Abstract:
     This invention includes: skirt, upper and lower sealed, heads and, gas distribution pipe, screen plate, central flow guide shaft, multi-stage flow guide shaft, defoamer and fermentation tank. By above structure and multi-stages of short period circulation, the contact time of liquid and gas is extended, the oxygen is dissolved more completely, and the supply of oxygen is sufficient during fermentation. Hence, the product yield and extraction rate are increased, while the energy consumption is decreased. This invention is applicable to the production of amino acid, enzyme preparation and antibiotic.
