Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a preparation method of film-type bioreactor by uses of an adsorption method. The active materials of diatomaceous earth, active carbon and fibre powder and used as the carrier to support colloid, which is applied to an adherend to make up a film and further this film is fixed in rector according to 0.3-5% of filling ratio. Said preparation method is simple and feasible. The reactor can make fermentation according to the original fermentation process and condition. The utilization of said invented equipment for producing beer can shorten the fermentation period by 20-30%, and the beer yield can be raised by 30-40%. Its energy consumption can be reduced. This technique is specially applicable to the reformation on existent production equipment. Besides, it can improve product quality and raise yield.
