Abstract:
     The fermentation pool of the methane generator is same as the traditional one, and the main difference is in the gas storing chamber, which is a space volume adjustable structure, its top cap is a glass or metallic plate made light mode thin shell structure, the chamber wall is a foldable cylindrical structure or telescopic structure made of flexible and air tight material, and outside of the chamber, a pressurizing mechanism is installed, for example, a water boosting pool which pressurizes the methane chamber along with the rising and dropping of the water level, a guide unit can also be installed for stablizing the rise-and-drop of the top cover. Said invention can supply methane with stable and adjustable pressure, meanwhile, the manufacturing difficulty and cost for the gas storing chamber is reduced. Said invention provides a feasible plan for methane industrial production.
