Abstract: |
|||
| A suspension-bed continuous ferment reactor uses floccalating yeast that is self-cultured to realize continuous fermentation of alcohol. By passing small quantity of air in the reactor, the particles of flocculating yeast are kept in suspension state for increasing its fermenting ability. A gas shunter is used to separate CO2 from air to gain pure CO2. A settling drum is designed for retaining yeast particles in reactor for long-term application. | |||
