Abstract:
     The invention is a fermentation tank with a diffused cooling jacket and an extremely thin-walled enclosing head, and its making method. The tank is characterized by that the wall of the enclosing head is extremely thin, the cooling jacket consists of the wall of the tank body and that of the jacket, with many concaves on it, the wall of the jacket is tightly connected to the wall of the tank body, the top ends of the concaves are firmly jointed by spot welding with the wll of the tank body. It is so made that many dots on the surface of the tailored tank body are spot-welded with those of the jacket, they are then rolled up into cylindrical shape, and their peripheries are welded. And then the diffused cooling jacket is formed by inward pressurization. The fermentation tank is effective in cooling and simple in making.
